found this guy in my tree in the daytime
We had one in our big maple last summer right in the middle of the day. He was curled up in a ball probably close to 30 feet up swaying in the breeze. I think he was asleep at first but then he spotted us checking him out. We live right in town. Never have seen him again.- chris46131

Workout Food (Before & After)
Probably will depend on what kind of workouts you're doing. I've figured it some things that work for me. When I run in the evenings I usually have half of a power bar type thing on my way home from work (having eaten a normal lunch).
