      FTFY I wouldnt say gauranteed either, as long as four rules are followed. An example of a accidental discharge would be a design flaw/broken part that causes firearm to discharge. A recent documented case would be the Mossberg 500, if it has a older firing pin spring and say dropped on muzzle...
