      Locations to apply for LTCH?

      My apologies if this covered elsewhere. I searched, but didn't see what I want to know. I was told that some gun shops and retailers like Gander Mountain will handle your application and the wait is really short. Is this true? And do you still have to get a LEO to do your fingerprints?
