      .40 cal bastard child?

      I own a variety of cal. guns. 9x19, .40 S&W; .38 they all have there purpose. My thoughts for practicality are to pick a cal. and stock pile ammo in that. I just can't seem to follow my own advice! .40 will stop em' in their tracks. Good cal. I have fun shooting it.

      I had the same experience. I have a G 23 with the Lone Wolf 9mm conversion barrel. I did not notice a fever able difference in accuracy, but I did have 2 issues with ejecting casing.       Ghost Rocket Trigger

      I have the Lone Wolf for my . I had it installed by my SWAT team buddy. I didnt want to blow it. I love it though. It is very noticable change, much smoother action.

      Leather holster question...

      The zip lock is a good trick. I use baseball mit oil in mine or vasiine. Just like in the little leauge days! You dont want to use the holster until the oils have basically dried up. I have only uses this on polymer guns with black slide. I do not know what it would do to a stailess finish...

      Galco vs Blaskhawk???

      I have a Blackhawk and like it. The release is in the middle of the holster, which is easily hit with the index or middle finger. I am not familiare with the Glaco model you listed. I do have a Glaco that for my Glock 19 and I am not really a big fan.

      Glock Tenifer refinishing? Barrel polishing?

      The link the the Glock Dr. Did not work. I have a few Glocks I want redone. Glock takes two months. That is a long time to be without your carry. I've got 2 G 26s that need slide and barrel work. Any more insight on local guys?

      Glock 26

      Pierce Grips , I like my Blackhawk paddle IWB holster, my latest is the CRT laser grip. For all my Glocks I extend the mag release button and the extended slide release. Night sites are nice, but I have had some pros tell me they not really all that.

      Gun Brand - Best "resale value name"?

      I say Glock for sure. The name is the new Coca-Cola of hand guns. If you are selling on armslist the new buyer is looking for a Glock. In this climate when so many first time gun buyers are showing up. Glock is what they are looking for. I think 9mm G17 G19 is the hottest and g26s.
