I have the FNS 40 and I sold my Glock 23 after buying it.. Its just much better than a Glock for me and I am a Glock fanboy..
I hope these catch on the the aftermarket blows up for these fine little guns.
I am adding an FNS9 for my wife and an FNX 45 for me..
This is sparking lots of arguments and bringing out the worst in people. I find that the against it side really doesn't know crap about guns. They speak with conjecture and hearsay..
Obannon woods is nice, I grew up in Corydon and that was a favorite place for us. Stage Stop was great but its closed. We camp at Newton Stewart at Patoka Lake a lot. Patoka is my favorite place to camp.
Deam Lake is nice too as is Clifty Falls in Madison. Indiana has a lot of nice places to...
I just picked this Savage 116 in 3006 up used for $450, it's never been fired. I got it for deer season next year. If it doesn't pass I'll just use it in Kentucky.
I'd have to shoot one with it and see what it did.. With todays small diameter arrows and as fast as bows are I can blow a rage thru a deer at 50 yards like a hot knife thru butter. This is interesting though..
3006 Savage 116, Marlin 336w in 3030 and I am tossing around the possibility of using my M44 Mosin.
I just bought the Savage specifically for deer season next year. . The other guns I've had for several years.
I used to be anal about not pressuring the bucks I was chasing and hunting stands and seeing does not caring that I was there changed my point of view after I learned that to hunt the big bucks you gotta hunt the does and hunt the wind.
My worry about pressure was just silliness on my part...
Howa makes a fine rifle. My buddy has one in 6.5 swede and I love it! They are basically the same thing as a Weatherby Vanguard, Howa makes those for Weatherby.
Anyone have any feedback on these? I am looking at putting one on my Savage 116 3006 and getting rid of my Nikon Pro Staff BDC. This seems like a pretty cool ranging system and easy to deploy.
