usually LEO's only ask about weapons if they think something other than a traffic violation has occurred. it's nice to know if someone has a weapon but Indiana is not a duty to inform state.
i cannot comment on how well the belt is but if it is made by Alien Gear, I'm willing to back up the quality. steel core, with two layers of leather. i currently carry a Beretta M9 with their CloakTuck 3.0 and I will never change IWB holster. it's amazing.

yea i feel as if the mayor told HPD to back off, however we did have what appeared to be an on duty officer in uniform in a totally unmarked Honda Pilot watch us for a few minutes. we also had one officer in a marked car stare us down to which Dan yelled hey to haha.
i can't speak for Hobart and Merrillville, but i've never had any trouble open carrying in Valpo. the most common thing that happens is i get asked if i'm a police officer and one time in Five Guys, the cashier said "sweet strap"

hello all, i am new to this forum and was recommended to this site by my father. i'm 19 years old and got my LTC as soon as i turned 18. i will most definitely attend any rally as i believe the officer in the video was stepping way out of his discretion.
