      Elwood officer killed

Unpossible. The perp was legally barred from possession of a firearm, so obviously he couldn't have had one. Just ask Shannon Watts.

President Biden tests positive for COVID-19

Did Joe really test positive for the Chinese Virus? Or do they need to hide him because he's otherwise in such bad shape? I suspect they've been giving him massive dosages of stimulants to prepare him for speeches and public appearances. Those exact a heavy toll and become less effective over...

      Greenwood mall shooting

For what it's worth, I'll note that Dicken was violating the idiotic Greenwood Park Mall "Gun Free Zone" rule.

      Greenwood mall shooting

This story caps a building narrative nightmare for the anti-gunners. First there was Uvalde. Cops standing around with their thumbs up their butts for an hour while kids and teachers are being shot and bleeding out. Took a Border Patrol tactical team who showed up and said eff this we're going...

Anyone have experience with Palmetto and ZR Tactical 80% lowers?

Didn't know he was in Noblesville or anything else about ZRTS. But a quick look at his website and I didn't see any 80% lowers, just completed lowers. It's a little bit crazy, but these days you can buy a finished lower (through an FFL) cheaper than you can buy an 80% lower.

Anyone have experience with Palmetto and ZR Tactical 80% lowers?

Thanks. I ordered ZRTS lowers from Spear Arms, they had the best price. I was going to go with Anderson but the current prices for those are insane. Plus, I was able to get raw lowers from Spear, so I can finish to suit myself.

PSA: Avoid sportsmansguide.com like the plague right now

So last night Ammoseek showed Cabelas had Federal American Eagle 5.56 green tip for $8.99/box of 20, or $.45/rd before tax ($9.62, .48/rd after tax here in Indiana). Sold out online quickly but the Hammond Cabelas website shows it in stock. I didn't check the Portage Bass Pro, might be there too.

      Crown Point gun show

Went to the show about 1pm to drop off a bottle of bourbon to a friend. Not too crowded but still a decent crowd and stayed that way clear until 3pm. I did find some 9mm hardball at less than $50 a box but most popular calibers were very high-priced if available at all. (I didn't buy any, still...
