      Yes .It has been almost 2 years since I sent in an appeal and a upin request still no response. The NICS website no longer has the month and year they are working on so I have zero hope it will be over soon. Last time the date was on the site it said appeals from Jan. Of 2016 were being worked...

      Well it has Been a year since I sent in my appeal. In that time they have moved forward 2 months at this rate it will be 20 years before I get an answer.

      I would go buy back all of my fathers collection.He passed away a few years ago and my step mother sold the collection without telling anyone.Including my sons 22 pistol and my grandpas savage 22.Sold is the wrong word gave them away for pennies is more like it.Along with 20,000 rounds of ammo.

      .It took a little over 60 days for ISP to issue my LTCH after receiving my expungment.The FBI sent me a nice letter after my 4473 denial.I called the Indy FBI office who issued the letter and never got a visit.The suck part is waiting a year for them to update my record and maybe issue a upin.I...

      No.The website says they are working on VAF applications from JULY 2015.

      When did you send it in? Sent mine first week of September.The website says they are working on vaf apps from July of 2015.

      Ok who in Indianapolis does inked fingerprints. I paid morphotrust $21 and went to my appointment this morning to be told we dont do inked prints.
