      How to fix a broken skull plate?

      I dropped my 2009 buck rack today and the skull plate split right down the middle! its not a real nice rack but still I am pretty bummed out about it. I put JB weld on it and it is curing now but I am not sure if this will be a good fix or not. I was wondering if anyone knew a good fix for this...

      9mm mags in an .40 S&W???

      I have a beretta 96 and figured out that a beretta 92 mag will fit in the gun, hold and feed 40 S&W rounds. Plus it will hold 12 instead of 11 rounds of 40. does any one have any advice in using 9mm mags in a 40? I have not tried to fire any rounds out of it yet but it seems like it will...

      This may be a silly question, but I have been told that to carry a loaded handgun it must be regestered to the person carrying. Also is there a way to check a handgun your self to see if it is on some kind of "wanted list" before you buy one.
