      whats the best SKS?

I've used a SKS from Yugoslavia and it was the model with the grenade launcher and folding bayonet. It was very accurate but you had to clean it carefully compared to the Russian SKS I used which was in a paratrooper configuration (The Russian model had that chrome lined barrel). Now both of...

      The Best Bad Shooters.

Waranglecometh, please don't get me started on the Florida drivers. Every simple ride on the road turns into a life or death situation where turn signals don't count, stop signs mean "beat the other person through it", and coming to a complete stop to make a right turn on a green light is...

      The Best Bad Shooters.

Hey Skoty, I'm not the best shooter, thank you. But I'm glad you make assumptions and take everything written too seriously. If you think it was your mistake to respond to my threads which aren't good enough, then it's my mistake thinking all of the people on this site actually have relaxed...

The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly About The Jericho 941.

I'm glad I bought the steel model in mid-size because the recoil is very, very easy to control. The polymer model, while lighter, looks like it'd be a little more difficult to control its recoil in anything larger than 9mm.

I guess some people think training comes included with their firearm.

      The Best Bad Shooters.

Well I've been to a few ranges and the results are pretty much the same. I've been with a few police officers and their shooting abilities weren't exactly good. I have observed, however, that officers who undergo SWAT training have very good results on the range. I've also seen a few private...

Oh no guys, these people were "experts".

      The Best Bad Shooters.

So I just got back from the range today and I came to the conclusion that South Florida shooters are, without a doubt, some of athe worst shooters ever. Now in all fairness there are some truly incredible shots down here but the vast majority of the people are terrible. (The reason why I'm a...

      The AK-47 Inquiry.

Very interesting... I have a friend who has a Romanian AK but I haven't heard anything about it because he rarely, if ever, uses it. Like I said, I love Russian Izmash AK's but I think if I had to buy an AK rifle, I'd buy a Galil (and I'd save up for the ARM in 7.62x51mm).

The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly About The Jericho 941.

Does that holster fit the Jericho 941 with the tactical rail under the barrel? I have one of the newest models and it has a tactical rail (I didn't really want it but whatever).

      The AK-47 Inquiry.

I'm in South Florida. It's funny because on one side of the gun shows there's new firearms for considerably cheaper prices than on the other side of the gun show. It's pretty pathetic. Florida has always been bizarre with guns though...

      The AK-47 Inquiry.

No, no. I know Golani's. The one's I was talking about were made by IMI (which has now changed to IWI). They were stamped original and made in Israel. I'm not sure about getting a Golani but I was really tempted to get one of the Galil's at these local gun shows but they have the Galil AR's with...

      Got Sig?

Hey guys. I have a question about these Sig Sauers. My cousin (I haven't spoken to him in a long time) let me use his P229 .40 S&W service pistol but it had the decocking lever taken off and a hammer that was filed down to reduce the chance of catching and snagging when being drawn from a...

      Shotguns: The Love-Hate Relationship...

Like I said guys, you could teach a girlfriend or anyone who's not really interested in using a weapon unless they really have to how to use a pump action quicker than using an AK pattern shotgun. With Saiga's there's characteristics like holding the slide back when inserting the mag to ensure...

      Shotguns: The Love-Hate Relationship...

Saiga's are great but you have to learn how to operate an AK pattern rifle. I know how to use one but I prefer pump action shotguns that're more user-friendly considering it's simpler to operate a pump shotgun than a Saiga (Not that that's always a bad thing).

      The AK-47 Inquiry.

Well at gun shows around here, there's a lot of Galil AR rifles. The highest I've seen them go is around $1,000. But I'd like one that has wooden furniture and 7.62x51mm but they're mainly in 5.56mm.

The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly About The Jericho 941.

Well I'm a very skinny guy about 5'10" and around 112lbs (unfortunately). I have a leather Barsony holster designed for the Jericho and I like it. It's designed for SOB carry and I know it'd fit your compact like a charm. This is the one I have: Brown Leather Belt Holster for WALTHER 88 99...

The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly About The Jericho 941.

Aye, but Jericho's are so much more comfortable than Beretta's. I'm also not fond of the way Beretta designed some of the mechanics in the grip which can be a problem if you ever drop it or fail to maintain it properly. Those nylon holsters look good Savage but it's almost as if they inflate...

The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly About The Jericho 941.

I like my Jericho a lot but lately I've been wondering about shoulder rigs that might be a little more comfortable since it helps distribute the weight. I've seen a few holsters for the CZ-75 SP-01 pistol that look like they'll fit but I'm a little afraid to drop the cash and not have it fit, ya...
