      Time to get out the humidifier.

      I just got mine out because it's that time of year when things in your house get dry including your nose. There are so many benefits for using a humidifier, and one is to reduce static electricity, so you don't zap your electronics including your computer.

      Daylight savings time.

      One major problem I have with DST falling back one hour is that I'm "regular" at 6:00 a.m., but get to sleep an extra hour. That gets a little messy. :(

      Squirrels don't eat sweet corn?

      My wife bought some sweet corn this year & it was terrible. We choked down a couple ears & couldn't eat the rest, so I thought I would dry it for the squirrels. The squirrels won't even eat it. Don't they eat sweet corn, or is it that bad that they won't even eat it?

      Well, the Obama's got a new dog, & it isn't even an american dog. It's a Portuguese water dog. You would think that the Prez of the USA would at least buy american................. like a german shepherd.
