      DPMS Upper vs. RRA Upper

      Midway USA has a DPMS A3 Flattop Upper Assembly 556 16" 1-9 twist for sale today for $350 (regular $499). Seems like a super good deal. I have been thinking about building a tactical-ish AR for a while, but figured I would buy a RRA Upper. Any thoughts? Probably would add flip up sights...
