Yet more proof that the the so-called "Justice" system is broken. Here's the case of a guy who was legally transporting his firearms and now finds himself in prison, because a judge decided he should be in jail, despite the fact that he broke absolutely no laws. His legally possessed property...
The guy's not guilty of anything that would preclude firearms ownership or purchasing, but this judge decides to keep this man's collection for no other reason than that he can. Now that's an activist judge. Hopefully, this man has some recourse to override this thief's power trip.
