Hi all -
I've searched on here and found similar threads, but NOT one as specific as what I'm asking below.
1) I own a Glock 34 Gen4 (production 2012)
2) I'm a cheap shooter and I currently do not reload (another topic for another post)
3) If I ONLY shoot WWB or other inexpensive equivalent...
Alright guys,
So I always hear these "rumors" about keeping your mags loaded; with the spring being fully compressed for long periods of time it will cause problems in the spring resulting in malfunctions like misfeeding issues.
Has anyone else heard this? what do you think about it?
When driving I keep my handgun unloaded and the slide locked open. I do this so I can load and chamber the first round quickly if needed. Will this weaken the slide spring if locked open all the time?
