THIS coming from someone that wouldn't shoot this time because he had a booboo on his right hand....

First, lets be clear, I did shoot longarms, just not pistols. But I have to ask, did you never heard the story about the lion with the thorn in his paw

The mouse came and helped pull the thorn. The lion spared the mouse's life.

And by the way, I was busy cooking hot dog!

Oh he is still rubbing the bruise on his shoulder he got while shooting my rifle, he is only using the excuse of surgery to play range officer so he has time to heal

I helped finish him off with a 12 ga. after you left. I havent shot it since I was a little kid and I hated it. I realize why I did now. Fun to shoot but hell on the shoulder...

EVERONE that shot that damn thing hated it! I mean I don't think anyone that shot it turned and said it felt good.

I'm just not sure why you guys insist on shooting things that hurt? I put over 300 rounds down range and not a one of those was painful. Silly boys.
P.S. You should look forward to more pain next time. I went and bought Bubba that Mosin that 2cool mentioned was at Jerry's.

Is this a full size Mosin? I shot about 7 rounds through my M38, and my shoulder's still a little sore.

Yep, full size. 91/30 (ex-dragroon).

mosins hurt no matter what size or version.... kinda like my nova 3 and a half inch 12 gauge shotty... all hurt... with all the pain...

And that is why I like the short fat 6.5 Grendel cartridge: 1000+ yards range, none of the pain

Okay all I love the chit-chat on this post but if we are not doing anymore AARs and since this event is over I am going to request that a MOD lock it down since we are way outside the AARs now. (Yes I know party pooper me).

I liked it After two boxes of 3" #4 between the shotguns my shoulder has a nice bruise. It was worth it. I would shoot it any day.
