yeah, a single kid in a group of 10. I guess his bag was the most full?

Kid with bag of candy is no different than taking a purse from a woman at keystone mall. Kids may face trouble for with laws that discriminate on the basis of age, but attempted robbery is just that and with disparity of force and position of authority (kid vs adult) a case could be made for aggrivated robbery, depending on state law and precedent (this is from GA correct?).

I did see this article on MSNBC. I did not read it. Thought it was a joke. Someone should have told the lady not to try to steal kid's candy on 38th and Meridian in Indy... Just kidding.

The boy’s brother, also 10, told authorities he also had a gun.
The second weapon was recovered Tuesday morning.
