Are you allowed to take firearms into the 1500 in hopes of finding a buyer for them, weather it be a dealer or not??

Yes. Unloaded and zip tied. They have a table where they will check it.

Up to you, of course, but, if I didn't need to sell it quick, I'd post it here before I took it to the 1500.
On the other hand, if it is a rare variant of an RG revolver, the 1500 might be the only place to find someone who collects them.
