Yes. It has 2 racks above the main grate. For smoking, I like using the upper racks as the grate gets a little hot for low and slow.

The only cream cheese i could find was 1/3 fat and it fell apart a bit. The shot gun shells were pretty good but would have been better with a tortilla than manicotti i think

Smoked cream cheese.

Use full fat version. Coat in olive oil, add rub/spices and smoke at 225 for 90 mins or so

Bacon and red onion. I rendered the bacon in the skillet, then sauted the onion in the bacon fat, then added the Brussels, then threw the whole thing on the smoker.

My first attempt at grilling wings on the Weber turned out real nice. They got a big thumbs up from the family which is usually the most reliable indicator of success or failure.
