    Sorry no pictures but did my first large brisket 16# ..on the smoker. Put it on Christmas morning about 1:00 am and used just salt and pepper
    Pulled at noon and let sit wrapped and served for a late lunch.
    I have not tried the vision grill this cold and how or if it would affect the performance.. I used lump charcoal and a scoop of oak coals from the wood boiler.
    It must have worked well.. nothing was left over.
    Doing a whole chicken tomorrow..
