Maybe it was just the day and time I attended. Definitely seemed less crowded.

When I entered I went through a retinal scanner and they assigned me a barcode.

No idea. 77,246 is a very specific number. I'd say it's easier than an outdoor venue. Maybe they used the SAR bags count and then applied a "didn't get a bag" factor (minus the bag-hoarder factor)

I assume it is based on requested tickets before the show and then at the show.

Ya, well my boys and I saw a homeless guy downtown with a SAR bag, and I didn't even get one. This is ********!
