    This.

Although to boost the fun factor I would love to get my hands on a flamethrower for some zombie killing. :rockwoot:

Yea... lets set some walking dead on fire... so they will walk around and set other things on fire. Pretty soon, you've burnt down entire cities (maybe even your own fortress).

Whatever largest caliber you can shoot to the best of your ability. Suppressors are necessary for the stray'd zombie as to not attract more from the group as a whole because of random noise.

I plan on carrying an AR-15, suppressed M&P 9mm and the wife will carry a suppressed 10/22 and integrally suppressed Buckmark.

I am going to deviate from the pack and give Max Brook's survival guide a thumbs down for inaccurate and terrible information.

    Zombies laugh at 223/5.56.

They're dead and dried out, so you can't rely on any hydrostatic shock effect.

I think a certain congress woman proved that not just any round will distroy the brain. so I would try to stick with a round that will either bounce around in the skull or expand enough to cause substanial damage.

is 7.62 nato Fal too much, i love my AR but im really on an Fal kick right now. im happy with any .223/5.56 if only headshots count. as for a nailing a zombie in the head and it not fully killing them, they'll probably still be knocked out, or you could just fire again. .22 would be great if you hangin out on a roof all day poppin zombies from a secure location, i wouldnt go running around with it as a primary though, consider .22 ammo is not the most reliable ammo and rimfire in magazines isn't as reliable as rimless for feeding, thats a big risk to take, if you need thousands of rounds of ammo you need a camp, your not humping it around.
