3rd Annual INGO SKS Shoot - Bloomington, IN 3/26/2011

The last 2 years have been a great success, so I'm starting planning early for 2011!

It's scheduled for Saturday, March 26, 2011 from 10AM-3PM. You obviously don't have to be here the whole time - you're welcome to come and go as you please!

Location is behind Parker Pools off US37 between Martinsville and Bloomington.

If you prefer to do GPS or google maps:

Bloomington, IN 47403

There will be signs with INGO --> directing you where to go from 37.

You may need a truck or 4WD, as there is a small dirt road. If it's not wet from rain, cars/vans generally do fine.

This is an open show, you're all welcome to come. That said, There's only enough room for a few shooters at a time on "range" but there will be plenty of good company to converse with!

It's an SKS shoot, so it centers around the SKS, but feel free to bring other guns. If you don't have an SKS, don't worry. There will be plenty there, and you're more than welcome to try mine out.

I'll work on food, and it will likely be provided. We've got a campfire area so it will probably be hot dogs and cold cokes! Please, no alcohol. However, grippo's are encouraged - that's you SavageEagle!

I should note, this isn't officially an INGO "sanctioned" event, though I've been calling an INGO SKS shoot. Don't wanna create any confusion or problems. It's just a time for some INGO folks to shoot guns!

I have a new to me AK that I'll probably bring this year, along with the SKS and a few other noisemakers.

Myself and boomheadshot also had a lot of fun last year. We were hoping that there was going to be another one. We should be able to attend again this year. Is there going to be more tannerite? That was awesome blowing up that old laptop! Thanks for doing this again.

Would be another good "Field Test" for your targets. They took a pounding last year and held up very well.

Now, wish we could say that about the chain that was used to hang them...
