the list of positions is more important than the list of volunteers in terms of figuring out if we got enough people.
also please stay on topic as new comers don't need to read all the chatter

I'm still waiting on info for a family reunion on the east coast as to whether I can volunteer, but I did ask a couple questions on the earlier thread that no one answered:

"I'd be happy to donate posters. I can do up to 13" x 19". Also flyers, raffle tickets. Whoever's in charge can contact me when the time is right. What type of target is used for this type of event? Also, Winnamac is open-air firing line, right? (no shelters)"

If there are sheltered firing lines, I do weatherproof targets, so that shooting could still be done if inclement weather.
