    I don’t know if I would call that an exchange of gun fire. The suspect were not in the car when the shooting started. It wasn’t until the the buddy of the guy that got shot fired at the fleeing suspects car.

    OK. You're more up-to-date on this than I am. BTW, I stopped there this morning for some stain remover- spot on tie and had to be in court.

    Sullivan entered a not guilty plea on Hughes' behalf to charges of attempted murder, aggravated battery and criminal gang activity. She also scheduled a $200,000 surety bond, records state. Hughes would need to post 10 percent in cash, or $20,000, to be released from Lake County Jail while awaiting trial.
