I found a Finnish Mosin Nagant at the 1500 this weekend for $159 and could not resist bringing it home. It's a 1942 manufacture 91/30 that was captured by the Finns at some point and remanufactured. It has the SA stamp, stacked front sight and Finn trigger along with a Finnish stock. The bore is about the brightest and sharpest bore I've seen on a Mosin.

My son has two Finnish Mosins, but this is my first. I've been impressed with his and am pretty happy to have found this one. I'll let you know how it shoots once I can get it to the range.

Thanks guys. This is not my first Mosin, just my first Finnish Mosin. They are a lot of fun to shoot and are about the best bang you can get for your buck. This one makes number 8 in our house right now, so I know full well how adicting these can be. You find yourself salivating at the thought of finding a nice 91/59 or clean M38.
