Yes, I do. Colt, S&W, Ruger, etc...

No unusual names here, other than some form of the factory given names or calibers such as:

7mm
P95
AR
11-87
etc.

Never really felt compelled otherwise.

No I don't name my guns and I don't give my pets human names! Those 2 things are just strange IMO.

My dogs are named Alice and Rudy. Our cars are named Buddy (her Passat) and Ted (my GMC Sierra Texas EDition). My tractor is named Mow.

I don't name my guns.

My favorite is my S&W model 29....its a cannon but it has adjustable sites and a real light trigger and I can shoot great groups with it

I lik e my Savage SP 110 too...with a bull barrel and 6x40 scope and bipod ...its a tack driving machine in 308 cal

I just call mine my 38 or sometimes my 38 special. I dont think that is considered a name.

I named mine so that my wife and I could communicate about me carrying without telling the world Im carrying. "Hey you got Johnny with you?" Which the answer is always yes so its not really worth asking anymore but whatever, he's named

Occasionally, I'll refer to my Walther PPS as "Carl." Other than that, nope. The Glock 19 is "the Glock", and I've got "the Bobtail" , "the 1911", "the Snubby", "the .357, or "the Smith", and names like that.

My favorite name for a gun is Steven Colbert's "Sweetness"

I call my CW9, CW... not very imaginative! But it works... hope CW never has too.

My .38 snubbie is called "Freddy". My mom named it after a leo uncle and when it was passed down to me the name stuck.

My G23 goes by a variety of names:

"Gaston"
"The Solution"
"Professor Glockerton"
"Da Fo-tay"
"Batman"

I call my Glock 17 Black Jack . +3 mag extender and one in the throat = 21 rounds
