Anyone ever bought any pulled rifle bullets?

I got the bullets I ordered the other day. I'm pretty happy with how the look, I think they will be just fine. Something I thought was weird though was that about 15% of them have black spots on them that appears to be tar. Mostly its on the base of the bullet, like it was some type of sealant. I'm soaking them in lacquer thinner and then tumbling them in corn cob. They look really clean and shinny after that.

I have bought them and sold them and have never complained or gotten any.
