    Well, after tweaking...and tweaking...and tweaking the timing, and changing back to the spark plugs I got it with....

    They don't build them like the used to- sometimes good, sometimes bad.

    Changed the transmission/hydraulic oil last night- 3 different drain plugs for a shared system.

    Tonight, changing the oil in the final drives- no drain plugs, the cover/pan on both sides has to come off which is secured by 10 bolts each.

    On the plus side, it's still running well, the generator is generating, and the headlights are...headlighting.

    Valve cover coming off tonight to re-torque the head bolts now that it's been up to temp.
