anyone seen one of these before?

picked this knife up yesterday from a flea market and can't seem to find anything on the net about it. it says Columbia with jinlang company underneath and USA saber to the side. this thing is super sharp, even after chopping some small branches down with it. might be nothing, but i thought would check here.
