No, Colt upper. It is a 6920 up and down. It just has different furniture. (EDIT: Ignore those last statements, they are the ramblings of a confused old man).

I traded a folding stock FNC for three 6920s, a Smith 317 and a bunch of AK ammo after the AWB expired. (This is still correct. Where's my World's Fair spoon. I want scrambled eggs. Hippies!).

The middle one definitely has a VLTOR MUR w/out forward assist. Whoever told you it was a complete 6920 was incorrect. There is nothing wrong with a MUR though.

Now, here's the scary part. I got three NIB 6920s in 2004 so it was a Colt upper on it. However, I don't remember doing this to the weapon.

Does this mean I get to be in the Old Guy Club?

Well this thread needs a 5 day bump.

The rifle isn't mine, but the scope, furniture, and can are. A friend loaned me the rifle for a couple days to try it out and see what I like on it before I get one myself. Sounds awesome with sub sonic/standard velocity loads

I'm thinking it would look good with FDE furniture and rail ladders, and the receivers and rail being painted OD. Really liking the 1-4 on it but definitely need a better mount. A Geissele SD3G might be a must for it too down the road

How do you like the BCM keymod VFG? I got tired of waiting for someone to make one, so I made a few using Magpul MVG's. They feel great, but they don't have the convenience of keymod quick attach/removal.
