I have Shockwave Blades on several of my Contender pistols and have been very happy with them. I hunted with one on a 12" 45/70 last year, and with a couple layers on, the recoil was tolerable.

I used the Shockwave Blade on a couple Vietnam Clone type pistols I built. I bought the whole kit that comes with the tube with the dimples in it so it gives positive positioning. I’ve been happy with them.

I have the SB PDW, a couple SBA3's and a SB Mini. All work very well for their intended purposes. My first brace was a KAK Shockwave, which was ok, but I like the SB's better. I like the Tailhook models as well, but do not own one.
