If you knew the people that live in those Islands, you wouldn't say that.
Its pretty much the only British Populace that is allowed to be armed to the teeth.

They are a Semi Independent British Overseas Territory.

Gun Ownership is pretty lax, but they have a Falkland Islands Defence Force. Join and you only spend 1 day a week training. And in response you get to "train" on anything in the inventory.. with issued firearms, on goverment money.
