ATF Changes to 4473 include "Non-Binary" Gender

Actually, some of us old farts have suggested that the radicals and those who wear their sexuality perversions as a badge start their own party.

I think that's a great idea. The Republicans have the Libertarians that hope to syphon away votes from conservatives as their third party "threat", but for now, the Democrats are still one party. If the radicals and other weirdos split off, they could become the Democrats' third party threat, nipping at their heels. Hell, most of them already call themselves Democratic Socialists, so there ya go. They've already got a name.

That would free up the still somewhat sane "middle" of each of the major parties to at least attempt to, you know, go back to doing the actual work that they were tasked with by their constituents. Let the fringes of each fight it out with each other without really affecting anything. Kinda like putting them at the kid's table at Thanksgiving.

Right, but up until now, it's been the Republican party that seems to get split. Whether it's from the Libertarian or independent candidate taking some votes, or a bigger split like the Tea Party split or now the Trump split. The democrats seem to be better at getting in lockstep once they're told by their leaders what to support.

Just wait a few years. The Gender Change thing is just the start. I hear there is a movement that some people want to change into different species as well. There will be added public bathrooms named for each species.

The only disqualifier from gun ownership should be holding the opinion that it's okay for the government to force you to fill out a form before allowing you to exercise your rights.

Haha you wish. That doesn't fit their forced tolerance model, there will not be public bathrooms named for anybody specific, it will be a anybody goes where they/it wants because tolerance!

I'm figuring the question was included originally for ID purposes where names can sound ambiguous. Does the ATF now make a guess when somebody checks the non binary box?

There are pictures of some of these non-binaries on the net and I think guessing is probably the most reliable way.

Didn't Indiana just pass a law where "X" is now a valid "sex" in the IN DL? Or was it just proposed?

Seriously though. On a newborn baby who decides to check what box on the Birth Certificate. If it is the MD, and the child grows up with a bad fate of gender, does he/she/it sue the Hospital or Mother for checking the wrong box?
