near Bedford on a whole lot of land.
I had to look twice to see that was not LA.
:xmad: Law Enforcement has it hard enough without goons like that making their image even worse. Maybe the video doesn't show something him doing to set off the officers, but no matter what that level of force against someone who was clearly on the ground and not resisting is criminal on their part.

That guy looks like he was unconscious before he even hit the ground and they continued to hit him about 15 more times awhile his limp body laid there.

If those POS bullies died in a house fire tonight, I wouldn't lose sleep.

If this wasn't caught on videotape, that student would probably end up in jail for "striking the horses and the police officers".

True. Look how little attention the Danziger Bridge massacre has gotten because we don't have a video.

He must have threatened them or something. I'm sure the police would not act like that without provocation. :xmad:

Maryland cops have had a reputation for this kind of behaviour for decades and it's only become worse over the last few years. They pretty much do what they want and skate when there's anything resembling heat. Don't look for there to be any real punishment for this crime.

It looked like he was taunting the police. But to receive THAT in return??? Nah, that's just not right...

I've met some real dick PG County Officers. PG County has been inundated with droves of section 8 housing and riff-raff moving from expensive DC to "cheap" MD suburbs. Gangs and crime have increased multiplicitively there. IDK if it's because the crime increase made them hire more cops or what, but that was not reasonable force by any means. College Park (UMD) is right in the middle PG county. Stupid college kids should worry about getting mugged, not beat to hell by the cops.
