No. Gun rights in Illinois are not a rep v dem issue, it is more a chicago area v everything else. Some of the most loyal supporters of the 2A are downstate Democrats. Illinois has in my opinion the best NRA lobbyist in all 50 states and he is the one writing our soon to be carry law. The battle we just fought over the last week has shown the opposition that Todd; our NRA lobbyist has the support he needs. We sent thousands of e-mails, voice mail boxes were filled over and over again, not to mention the phone calls. Jim.
