    You guys haven't had good bacon until you've had it straight from the farm. YUM YUM Thin and crisp or Thick and chewy...it's all better than anything you can get from the store.:D

    Haven't had any of that in years. My mother would trim it and cook the cracklin' hard for snack time. :): I know you northerners know nothing about that. ;)

    Waffle House Style

    I like mine crispy, I had some the other day at a Waffle House in Georgia an when I attempted to pick it up it crumbled into a million pieces. Just a little to crispy for me.
