City of Carmel, IN : Carmel S.W.A.T. Team Takes Gold

    Pertinent part:

"Other members of Carmel’s Police Department assisted at the S.W.A.T. events including: Lt. Ron Carter – Range Official; Lt. Charlie Harting – security; Officer John McAllister and Officer Adam Miller – S.W.A.T. officials; Officer Charlie Driver - coarse assistant and stats; Detective Kirk Howard - S.W.A.T. assistant; and Detective Brad Hedrick – official."

So...would this mean there are two Adam Millers on CPD or are we looking at a 10 year vet citing LS? Possibly a father son combo?

Yep...my question too. Adam Miller was the LEO that cited LS. I was under the impression he was a rookie at that time, in 2010. So, either he wasn't a rookie (bad scenario) or there are/were two Adam Millers on the CPD. I don't know. It's purely information that I found interesting.

He's not a rookie, he actually holds the rank of sergeant, which is pretty frightening in view of the fact that sergeants are the backbone of police supervision and are supposed to set an example for their subordinates.

Some people benefit from experience and some learn nothing from it.

Yep, the one and the same. And IIRC, Sgt. Miller has served with honor since the mid-90s.

That sword cuts both ways. ;)

Miller blatantly perjured himself in my case. That leads me to believe that he has done so in the past and plans to do so in the future.

I wonder how many people are serving prison terms right now and how many lives have been ruined because of this man's lies?

I've considered approaching the Hamilton County Prosecutor to review his cases, but seeing how they handled the Carmel High School homosexual serial gang rape case I somehow guess I wouldn't do much good.

Served with honor? Don't make me puke.

What he meant was "Served with honor Carmel style".... it's different in Carmel. I thought you'd remember that. "Wine and cheese style".

There should be no suprise here since when does anyone in the Carmel uniformed police have any common sence? It a wonder they did not bring out the S.W.A.T. team and shoot you and the dogs and the older lady for being there! And get a medal for doing it.

By the way nice taxes you pay to live there.
