    If it's close, I'm sure there will be legal challenges. If more than one or two states can't change the outcome, I don't think we'll see much of the legal haggling.

    I agree, but I also think most of the "undecided" states will all be very close which means it could turn in to 2000 election but in several states instead of one. I hope not.

    Most overlooked aspect

    .............................. The more likely anti-gun measures from an Obama campaign will be if he gets to appoint another liberal judge to SCOTUS.

    This is the most threatening, and probably most overlooked, aspect of this election. Whoever wins may well appoint 2-3 justices. Our constitution won't survive any more Sotomayors or Kagans!
