Anybody notice that Trump rekindled the transgender ban thing the Friday before the Stormy Daniels 60 Minutes interview?

Just as long as he doesn't start treating the domestics like Arnold Swarzenegger did. I lost all respect when I saw a picture of his baby mama.

The presidents decision came after receiving a memo from Sec. Mattis dated Feb 22, 2018, SUBJECT: Military Service by Transgender Individuals. Last paragraph: "I therefore respectfully recommend you revoke your memorandum of August 25,2017, regarding Military Service by Transgender Individuals, thus allowing me and the Secretary of Homeland Security with respect to the U.S. Coast Guard to implement appropriate policies concerning military service by transgender persons."

His memo was based on the just finished study: Department of Defense Report and Recommendations on Military Service by Transgender Persons" released Feb 2018. Based on performance standards, deploy-ability, unit cohesion, medical dependency and a host of other reasons outlined over 45 pages the military is not the best place for this experiment...unless you don't think winning wars is the DoDs job.
