Best food in Evansville?

So, other than the usual chain restaurants, is sounds like the only "nice" local place is the Cork or maybe the Haub House? What am I missing?

Steak & Seafood - Cork & Cleaver
Italian - Angelo's or Milano's downtown on Main
Upscale & different - RiRa's, Irish Pub by the casino (good food & balcony
seating if you want to brave the heat)
Greek/Middle East - Acropolis on Green River or Raffi's on Burkhardt
One last possibility - Madeleine's downtown on SE Second & Oak Streets. Small pricey fusion place, was good when i went, but I have not been there for a while.

Madeleines is good but they arent always open to the public.

And dont forget Sushi places Zuki/nagasaki

Nagasaki- top notch and casual
Haub Steakhouse- excellent food and nice atmosphere
The Gerst House- my personal favorite and killer beer
Crosseyed Cricket- I could eat lunch there everyday
