That is a lot of hyperbole. Obama was no where near making this country socialist, and there is no candidate that would be able to either. None of them could take control of the countries manufacturing and production facilities.

They could move us further down the progressive hole than we are, which would be a result though.

I'm not a fan of him or some of the he has done, but he will get my vote over any of the other parties candidates.

Guess you forget the time Obama bought GM and Chrysler for EIGHTY BILLION DOLLARS! And the ACA, and the various welfare expansions, and the billions of dollars sent to Iran.

I'm sure I'm missing plenty of other things, the deal is he did this before the bernie sanders crowd normalized socialism. Now with candidates openly running as socialists, if you don't think they'll make strong attempts to send us straight to hell south american style, I think you're off your rocker.

What's actually called socialism by the left and most people in the US is just welfare. It's not socialism, it's free stuff, hand outs. Socialism requires you contribute to receive.
