I support any lawful 2nd Amendment Assembly but I question the use of a middle school given the added restrictions for firearms.

Don't know much about the case but here's the first search result I found.

I'm sure he was just a misunderstood yut...

During the morning session, and out of the presence of the jury, three friends of Murrell availed themselves of their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination by refusing to testify about the shooting.

Later, IMPD Detective Stephen Smalley testified, again, out of the presence of the jury, that Marcus Anderson, Nakeyah Shields and Alijah Jones were all charged with a pair of robberies and the murder of Chris Beaty three hours earlier and several blocks away from the spot where Murrell was killed.

Smalley said that Murrell would also face those same charges if he were still alive.

Judge Davis advised the prosecutors to not discuss the group’s activities before Murrell’s killing at Pennsylvania and Market Streets because to do so would permit the defense to introduce the victim’s conduct previous to his death.

Jurors listened to the six-minute-long interview Newby gave IMPD Homicide Detective Lottie Patrick that morning as he confessed to the crime, claiming that Murrell was “making a fist” as he stood over Newby and feared “a haymaker” was headed his way.

You can make your own inferences about this...

I wouldn't go near that protest with a 100 yard pole.

Serious question, did the BB school board bless off on this?

Any 2A assembly that has a picture of a person that shot someone in self-defense (that someone had been robbing others prior to being shot) with the word "WANTED" on their picture is not a 2A assembly. It is a bunch of armed dumbasses that are only looking to cause trouble.

Lets hope this stays peaceful. And that if they exercise their 2A rights in a GFZ, they are treated as equally as an INGO 2A OC rally were we to stage it in a GFZ. (lock up the idiots)

I disagree with many of the GFZs, but I hope that they get their pee-pees smacked if they are stupid enough to show up armed.

And there were no better places for this? Does the school have anything to do with Newby? Why not take it to Arbucle Acres or some other non prohibited place? Are they really that stupid?

At least when we did a rally, we were smart enough to do so NEXT to a GFZ and not IN it.

Rallying for a murderer getting murdered shortly after murdering someone...

I don't think they are necessarily familiar with logic and reasoning...

They sure do know how to pick their "heroes" to rally for.
