    It would take some serious capital investors to get the old Wal-Mart building. I haven't checked, but I bet it ain't cheap.

    However, if one could afford it, and done correctly, could become a premier establishment in the country. It could have training facilities, range lanes, shop, eateries, you name it.

    I don't think Bloomington and the surrounding area could support it though.

    It'd be way better in Columbus, We have a couple of Huge empty factories and warehouses that would be perfect!

    The IMU ranger closed up around 2002 or so. I quit going when they limited it to .22 rimfire only due to the backstop needing replaced (that's what Mike told me anyway). Of course they wouldn't spend the money to replace it and honestly, I don't know if I blame them since not many people really used it, sadly.
