ICO Matt Maher responded to a call to assist a young trapper this morning in Kosciusko County.

The young man had been running his first trap line this year setting footholds to catch coyotes. While checking his line this morning before school he was certainly surprised at what he found: a bobcat!!

With the help of ICO Maher, the trapper and his father safely released the bobcat who then ran off into the woods. What an awesome experience for a first year trapper!
