    Do you know the difference between a bobcat and a cougar? Because it sounds like you're getting the two confused. Bobcats are hardly "big cats".


    Cougars aren't technically "big cats" either. While they are large, typically only those in the genus panthera (lion, tiger, jaguar, and leopard) are called "big cats". Those are the four that can roar.

    However you are right, bobcats are not big at all. I wouldn't want to run into a pissed off cougar though.
