Please call Sen. Donnelly's Washington office and urge him to vote AGAINST Dr. Vivek Murthy's confirmation for U.S. Surgeon General.

Dr. Murthy is barely a practicing physician and instead is the Founder of Doctors for America (an advocacy group for ObamaCare), and a radical supporter of gun control.

Sen. Donnelly's office in Washington can be reached by calling:

    (202) 224-4814.

Please tell him to OPPOSE the confirmation of Vivek Murthy. If this guy becomes Surgeon General we will be contending with all kinds of legislation that will be, in effect, an end run for the destruction of gun rights.

Done.... Unfortunately with Donnelly's record it's almost a waste of time. He'll do whatever King Obobo tells him to do.

It's painless, quick, and it CAN make a difference

Senate Democrats failed to muster enough support to push a controversial Justice Department nominee past a key test vote on Wednesday, leaving the nomination stalled amid bipartisan concerns about his past work on behalf of convicted cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal.
The nomination of Debo Adegbile for head of the Civil Rights Division was blocked, on a 47-52 vote

Adegbile needed just 51 senators to support him in order to advance to a final vote. In anticipation of a tight vote, Vice President Biden even attended in case he was needed by his Democratic colleagues to break a tie. But it did not get to that point, as a total of seven Democrats peeled off, joining a united Republican opposition.
One of them, Indiana Sen. Joe Donnelly, said afterward he was "concerned about his ability to work with law enforcement" if confirmed.

Adegbile got blocked. Murthy could still sail to confirmation. Rand Paul held Murthy up for as long as he could, but even with that Murthy quickly went to consideration before the full Senate. Glad to see that at least one unqualified nominee is done, but we need to obstruct every single one of his political appointments. Obstruct, obstruct, obstruct.

Thanks for the correction. Looks like I was too quick on the draw.

Bump. Got an email from Donnelly stating that Murthy had said he would not use the Surgeon General position as a "bully pulpit" to push for gun control. Sounds like that was good enough for Joe.

    CALL HIM!
