Criminals are rewarded everyday for illegally entering this country. They are about to be rewarded for their criminal acts big time by the government in the form of ameisty. Yet as illegal aliens are reward for crimes, American citizens get a hard time on numerous fronts. This is not the America I spent a career in the military serving and that is all I am going to say on the subject.

What do you do with a system that is completely broke down and gets more broken regardless of which party is in power?

Apparently, the best thing to do is to vote Libertarian and then post 300 news articles per day on INGO highlighting LEO abuse of power. And also, be sure to advocate legalization of drugs whenever possible. The root of all power abuse lies in the enforcement of drug laws.

Call a ConCon and replace it? Oddly enough, Indiana just passed two new laws regarding Indiana delegations to ConCons, the fact that we haven't had a ConCon in the history of our state notwithstanding.

How does this help? It seems to me that it is not a matter of the Constitution (federal or state) being flawed so much as being ignored. Amending it won't help with it being ignored.

Maybe it's time for states to start demanding and enforcing their 10A rights. The problem is, they're so addicted to the Federal Opium, that they can't break the chains. I think people would be surprised at how little the Federal Government can actually do if you don't agree to take Federal dollars.

If it's being ignored, then it should be ignored by everyone... including people being pestered by the federal IRS to send it money, or people being pestered by the federal EPA to stop performing industry and employing locals. If everyone's ignoring it, then it'll go away, eventually.

Lol the sherriff said hes recieved death threats. People do that stupid **** with anyone. i dont feel sorry for him. Im sad the guy who took the video didnt file any formal complaint. The whole "drug dog hit 3 times" is bs for probable cause in my opinion. I dont know if any court has addressed that issue but i wouldnt have faith in the court upholding what was right on it anyways.
