    I have no clue what the bold part means.

    If you are going to complain about other people's grammar, you better use capitalization and punctuation in the proper places as well.

    It only seems fair.

    Members were asked to keep the profanity out and keep things "family friendly".

    Unfortunately some members couldn't self-regulate and then whined when they received warnings and infractions.

    So we decided to take out all the guesswork by using a filter. Spell out what you want to say, and we'll take care of cleaning it up and making it "family friendly".

    BTW, sentences are supposed to start with capital letters and "English" should be capitalized even in the middle of a sentence. File those in your grammar folder while you're at it.

    It is improper English to end a sentence with a preposition. ;)
