I can't believe they treat the water first, then it goes to an open reservoir, and then directly to the people.

You would think it would go from the reservoir to the treatment plant and then directly to the people.

Considering all the crap they find in that water dump, I am amazed that people aren't getting sick from the water. Human urine isn't the problem, dead animals, and the nice stuff ducks deposit in their man-made toilets is what would have me not drinking the water.
