I've noticed on other boards that the Classifieds are split into groups.

example..... Rifles in one sub-forum and Handguns in another.

Why don't we do that here? It's a pain in the arse to look through all the ads when I'm looking for something specific.

Just wondering. Probably been covered, I don't know!

Someone will be along to tell you it is under discussion and there has been a thread on it already.

Hey Rachel, FYI this has been covered.

And yes I think splitting it would be good idea too.

yeah this is covered in another thread but I agree I would like to see at least handguns and rifles separate. It's getting tough to sift through all the new threads.

id like to see a poll that deletes the overpriced crap that gets bumped everyday. some bump stuff is a good deal that gets missed, or maybe not everyone logs on that would need that for a couple days. other stuff is OVERPRICED that i could go buy at DONS cheaper! if you bought it NEW for the price your trying to sell it USED for, unless its a collectors piece, then just hang on to it. no one wants it for your inflated price.

fewwwwwwwwwwww, glad i got that off my chest.

yes id also be for seperating pistols and rifles.

Shouldn't take shooter more than an hour or two to figure it out and get it done :D

That falls into the category of "above my pay grade". And since I get paid nothing, that category is pretty friggin' large. ;)

Seriously, though. Fenway, Scutter and Lars are the software gurus around here. I was just hired to help keep the rabble in line... :bash:

Hmmm... I hear the pitter patter of little feet. Could it be someone running as fast as they can from the thought of trying to go through the "firearms" section and direct all those ads into new categories? LOL.

Do one better by having seperate catagories for trades and dollar sales only. If the owner wishes, he or she can list them in both.

Then divide those into polymer, metal, and wood trimmed firearms, and I think it spreads it out even better.

Pretty soon you could do calibers.

After that it would just get craaaazy.
